I would like to know if SafeMode 3 works on your device model and Windows Mobile version. Please send me a short message via our contact form with your device model and Windows Mobile version, and an answer to the following questions: 1. Does the SafeMode boot logo appear at startup? 2. If you press any hardware key OR tap SafeMode icon on top, do the boot options appear? 3. Can you select between the boot options with the navigation pad (up/down) - please let me know if your device has one as well (it seems the HTC Touch HD doesn't have one. I see it as a poor design decision for Windows Mobile, for now. I think it will break functionality for many applications, which are easier to operate using the D-Pad). 4. Can you select the boot options with the stylus? (Tap on one to test - it should be highlighted) 5. If you press the Action key (middle of D-Pad), does your device start with the selected option?
6. If you double-tap (like double-click on Windows PC) with the stylus on the selected boot option, does your device start? This info will help me work on the issues for SafeMode 3.1, and I will make a list of compatible devices. Thank you. PS. The honest people on the russian forums can also help me with this quest, instead of complaining it doesn't work on their devices. It's the least they can do if they are using SafeMode for free.
